PRICE INCREASE on RD-1 gear drive for all orders placed on or after 8/1/2002. The price has increased by $40. This is our first price increase in 3 years, and is necessary to cover our increase materials costs. New Customer Link - the link to Mark Kirkpartick's project site has been updated. Orders will be processed immediately upon our return. Van's Air force activity updated for August. July 6, 2002 : WELCOME to the new and improved RWS web site! As our frequent visitors are well aware, the latest major overhaul of the site was in December , 1999. Since that time I have made some changes and tried to keep the information up to date, but the these additions eventually resulted in a poorly organized, difficult to access web site. When it degenerated to the point where I could not find the information I was looking for, I know drastic steps were required. As part of this effort, I even convinced Tracy to stop building gear drives and EC-2s long enough to actually write some new web content. Now that you'll be able to see some of the projects that Tracy has been working on, maybe you'll understand why the RV-8 is moving so slowly! Every page on the site has been updated to some degree, but the biggest changes are in the following areas:
