Credit cards are not charged until we are within 24 hours of shipping.  The ONLY EXCEPTION to this is for DEPOSITS on avionics and hardware.  These products fall under the category of "custom built" and therefore the DEPOSIT ONLY will be processed when it is received. 

Domestic Credit Cards -  we can accept MasterCard or VISA by phone, fax or US Mail.  We CANNOT accept credit card information on line or via email.  

International Credit Cards - we can accept MasterCard or VISA for international customers via mail or Fax ONLY. Our fax number is 386-935-4894 and we are on eastern time.  We cannot accept phone orders for international customers. 

For ALL credit card customers we need the following information:

Name EXACTLY as printed on the card

Expiration date

Security Code (last 3 numbers off the signature block area of the card)

Complete billing (statement) address for the card (we can ship to an alternate address but we must have this accurate address)

Contact phone number (in case is are any questions when the card is processed)

Email (optional)

PayPal/Credit Cards via web site

We  are able to accept credit cards and checking account  transfers via PayPal.  PayPal can be used via the PayPal Shopping Cart buttons found on the product pages.  After clicking on the button, you'll automatically be taken to your "shopping cart" - a list of all items you've selected to purchase.  From the shopping cart you can change quantities and/or remove items if needed.

To EXIT the cart and return to the RWS web site, click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the page OR click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the list of items.

You can view your shopping cart and/or check out at any time by clicking the VIEW CART button located on each product page.  Be PATIENT here - it can take a few seconds to load.
